The party goes on a boar hunt with Aldern Foxglove... it is a success!
Date: 7-18-770
The group is summoned to city hall to speak with Sherriff Hemlock. Party is introduced to the Mayor, Kendra Deverin. She thanks each of them for their part in quelling the goblin assault. Also present is an elven ranger named Shalelu. She has ranged in this area for many years and although she is not officially connected to the town she has been a protector of sorts for Sandpoint. She is the best source of information about the surrounding area; especially regarding the various goblin tribes in the area. She has a short convosation with the characters about the increase in goblin activity in recent weeks and months and there seems to be some sort of coordination between the normally hostile tribes. She is afraid there is some powerful force at work to make the goblins cooperate. Belor tells the party that he is going south to Magnimar to rally additional suport in the way of troops to help if the goblins come back en masse. He asks the party to stick around and just be present: it will keep the townsfolk calm if they know that the Sandpoint heroes are around, even thought he sherriff is not. Party agrees to do this.

Aldern leaves Sandpoint. Party is staying at the church.
Date: 7-21-770
Bethana Corwin (gnome maid at the Rusty Dragon) approaches the party at the church and tells them about Ameiko's absence. Ameiko Kaijitsu is the daughter of the family that owns the glassworks. The Kaijitsu family is a noble family from Lamasu. She was an adventurer for a brief time (to the chagrin of her parents) she has returned within the last few years and purchased the Rusty Dragon. She is the owner proprieter of the Rusty Dragon. Bethana provides a letter (Tsutos letter.doc) she found, presumably written by Ameiko's brother, Tsuto. The party follows the letter and goes to the Glassworks to investigate. After causing a small commotion trying to break into the building, the party makes their way inside. They discover a macabre display; the elder Kaijitsu is quite dead and covered in glass that was melted on him. It would have been beautiful if it weren't so horrific. The party fights several goblins in the forge/workroom. End: 10:30 am
